The application fee is a non-refundable $50.00 for everyone in order to process applications. This fee will be rolled into your total vendor costs if you are selected to participate this year. If you are not selected, this fee will be considered a donation made to the LGBT Center of Raleigh. You will receive an acknowledgment letter via email or mail.

We highly encourage you to bring your own tent, table and chairs needed for your space, but we do offer rentals as follows:

Tent/Table/2 Chairs package - $375.00

Table and two chairs package - $60.00

Tent only - $325.00

Additional Table(s) - $30.00 each

Additional Chair(s) - $15.00 each

The deadline to apply and request tent/tables/chairs is Saturday, April 20th. We will not be able to accommodate requests after April 20th.

We can provide a 20 amp circuit outlet for an extra $150.00. Please keep in mind that we can only offer a limited amount of outlets. The sooner you submit your application and payment, the more likely you will be able to secure an outlet.

Out! Raleigh Pride is a rain or shine event. If the weather appears to be unsafe during the event, we will assess as needed.

Vendor spaces are limited. Confirmation on if your organization or business has been selected to participate this year will be emailed to the email address provided on this application no later than May 3, 2024. Full payment will be due upon confirmation.

If you are selected, information packets will be emailed as the date of the festival approaches and will include set up details, driving directions, parking maps, and further day of event information.
